Chest Tightening, Pain In Neck, Shoulder, And Arm. Taken Nitroglycerine. Early Warning Signs Of Heart Attack?

Hi, I'm 45 years of age. I was sitting at the peditrist for my husband's foot to be looked at. Anyway, this part is really weird. Without warning my chest started slightly tighten, My pain started from the left side of my neck and down the shoulder and halfway down the left arm. I couldn't figure out why would it do that to me now. It's happened before when I was in the emergency room I was given that heavy Nitrogliscerine, But this time it only lasted about 31/2 minutes. Is that an early warning sighs of a heart attack? I have no madicaid insurance which scares me. Was I having a heart a attack ? The pain is coming back now But slightly. Hi,
I have read your question,
The symptoms you stated above , are favouring towards cardiac origin , you better get an ECG(=EKG) done , and check your cardiac condition, if ECG is normal it could be a neurological disorder like Cervical Spondilytis or Osteo arthritis of left shoulder.

To be sure i suggest you to consult a cardiologist nearby

Wishing you a good health
