Chest Pains, Anxiety Attacks. Can Spleen Problems Be Detected Through An X-ray?

Hi, Ive been experiencing chest pains for about the past 2 years and have been diagnosed with anxiety/pannic attacks. i feel like its got to be something else because i take anxiety medicine (xanex) and i still experience the pains, just a little lessened in serverity... i have no clue what it could be? and also i have had chest x-rays taken and i would like to know if a problem with a spleen could be seen through an x-ray? thanks

Hello ,Thanks for the query.
Chest pain occurs due to number of reasons related to
*Psychological reasons like anxiety ,stress ,depression etc
*Cardiovascular reasons i.e. angina pain
*Respiratory reasons like pneumonia,TB etc
*Gastrointestinal cause like hernia dyspepsia etc
*Chest wall problems like osteoarthritis .
These are no of reasons for chest pain .You should get a good doctor and ask him for all the diagnosis done.Abnormality related to spllen can be seen in abdominal X-ray,CT scan,Ultra sound MRI etc.
