Hello and welcome to HCM, You have not mentioned your age, gender, any past history of Diabetes, hypertension etc. any history of alcohol intake or smoking or previous major illness. Anyway, you mentioned your chest pain came & go, i.e., on &off and then constant later,it might indicate vascular origin. Next you had numbness and then burning sensation around cervical nerve distribution i.e., jaw and neck later extending to mandibular area. It might indicate neural origin. Overall it might be due to NEUROVASCULAR cause. It is better to have a thorough examination. I think you get few tests done, such as R/E blood and Lipid profile and later angiography if needed. Do this all strictly under a doctors supervision. At present you might be benefitted by a neurotrophic vitamin (drugs can t me mentioned as is not allowed in HCM) I wish you an early recovery
