Chest Pain When Breathing Or Coughing. Need For X-ray?

I was wondering if the middle of my chest a little under colar bone HURT when I BREATHE in or cough or USE any pressure of my arms to help me get up.. I was grabbed from the front with my right arm and then was twisted backwards with my arm above my head while he had me in a choke hold .. He brought me to my knees as fast as he grabbed my my arm and neck to swing me to the ground... SHOULD I GET AN XRAY...This was around 5 am when the altercation accured.. PAIN IS SO SEVERE ..Thank You

The severe pain that you had on coughing can be due to pleuritis or a musculoskeletal cause. A lung infection is less likely. A direct examination by a physician and some investigations will help in detecting cause.
