Radiologist 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM
I think the pain is due to erosive antral gastritis only. Because continous pain is common in gastritis.
If pain is severe and stabbing then it could be from heart.
Just consult a physician and get your ECG done to rule out cardiac problem. If ECG comes normal then no need to worry. Continue your same treatment.
Best luck.
