Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

You have not mentioned when HIV was found to be positive; how long back did you have sex with the person, who has apparently transmitted HIV infection.

From the brief details provided, you are either suffering from anxiety + depression; or they are symptoms of HIV disease itself.

However, if your problems started just AFTER you learnt that you are HIV positive, your problems are due to anxiety, apprehensions and mental stress/depression. Anti-depressants + anxiolytic drugs will relieve you of your problems.

If you were diagnosed as HIV positive long back, you problems may be due to HIV disease, involving your nervous system; chest involvement due to accumulation of fluids in pleura or tuberculosis of lungs.

Consult your doctor who will evaluate to find out if your problems are that of HIV disease.

Hope I have answered your query.
