I am thirty seven years old and have been experiencing achy pains in center chest along with tingling sensations in chest and shoulder and arm . I have generalized anxiety disorder and have experienced these problems for going on a year now. I have made several trips to the er with ekg that are fine and cardiac enzymes that are also fine. I hate to run there all the time because I know my anxiety plays a big factor but I do have a horrible family history of heart disease so I am concerned. Please give me advice and thank you.
