Chest Pain, Sore Arms, Stressed, Breathing Difficulties. What May Be Causing It?

I'm a 16 year old female and for the past couple of days I've been getting sore arms, mostly my left and feel as if I need to crack them or something. It is currently 12.40am and I'm experiencing chest pains, I have been for around the past hour or two. My chest feels tight although I can breath but keep needing to take quite deeper breathes than usual. However, I do not think this can be because of stress as I have been off school for summer for 2 weeks now and have finished my exams. Today I did nothing, just lay around and watched programmes so I do not think it can be stress... Do you have any advice on what to do? I've told my mum about the pain but she doesn't really think anything of it because I tend to get restless easily. I also don't want to put anymore stress on her with her work. Is there anything I can do just at home that may help?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

From your description of problems, it looks like you may be having an allergic reaction to any substance around you or any particular food.
You could take an anti allergic medication containing antihistamines (like Benadryl syrup in USA or UK) and beware of your soreness or chest tightness increasing with any particular situation.

If you feel that ill please consult your doctor immediately.

Hope this helps.
