Chest Pain On Left Side, Occurs On Lying Down, Loss Of Sleep. ECG, ECHO Normal. Due To Extensive Driving?
hi This is xxxxxx. dear sir i am having chest pain only on my left side on heart .my ECG and ECHO report is normal.let me tell you that i did about 3000 km travel on my car in past 10 days,when i came back home i got that pain.i am very worried even can not lay on bed and sleep in nights due to pain.i feel a bit better when i am in sitting position..

as u describe ur symptoms it assumed that u may have muscular chest pain for which u have to take some anlgesic with muscle relaxant.u may get benefit from physiotherapy as adv by expert
