Chest Pain, No Numbness Or Sweating Or Jaw Pain. Have High Blood Pressure
Hi i been getting a sharp paim on the left side of my chest.no numb arm no sweats or jaw pain,btw im a 35 yr old male 6,2 260 high blood pressure..been reslly stressed out lately ate fast food today been about 2 months since i have since im dieting...i ate that then it started but still coming and going now for about 6 hrs

It's not likely to be cardiac. Sounds like it could be referred gas pains. If the symptoms don't improve then you should have such evaluated in the near future.
