Rheumatologist 's  Response
Dear sir,

You are too young to have malignancy of this sorts . It seems to be muscular problem only . Get a chest Xray done if you have doubts.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Pain is the last presenting symptom to come in cancer. As the treating dr would have examined you and there would not be any other problem detected, this calls for no further alarm.
Wishing you healthy life
