Hi Yhorace,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that your chest pain seems to be due to increased acidity and gas production.

You shouold follow some precautions lke :-
1. Avoid spicy/oily foods.
2. Donot miss ameal.
3. Avoid mental/emotional stress.
4. Avoid Cigarrete/alcohol, if any.
5. Donot self medicate, especially with pain killers and steroids.
6. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water daily.

You can take antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg alng with Domperidone 10 mg once a day.
Anatcid in gel or liquid gel form is also beneficial as it forms a protective layer over the damaged mucosa of the stomach. Paracetamol can be taken for hgh grade fever.

Get your blood pressure monitored twice a day for 3 consequtive days.
Also get an X-Ray Chest(PA view) done to rule out any pathology in the lungs.

If the problem persists, get yourself examined clinically.
I hope this is helpful to you.
