Chest Pain During Flight, Heart Palpitation, Light Headedness, Tingling Limbs. Chest X-ray Normal

Hi, 4 days ago I went on a 6 hour flight. 3 hours into that flight I got chest pain. It was a constant ache like someone pushing on my chest. It was annoying and only 2/10 pain. It continued with the occasional heart palpitations. I went to hospital and ECG and cardiac enzymes all negative. I now also feel light headed and tingling down my arms and legs.. They also did chest X-ray which was normal. I just don't feel right and this is so unusual for me. I am 46 and pretty healthy and exercise everyday. I still have a week on this holiday but am seriously thinking of flying home.

I believe what is happening is that because of the reduced cabin pressures there must be some decrease in oxygen and blood pressures. As your xray and ECG are normal I don't think you need to worry much but it will be better that you do am arterial blood gas to predict your oxygen in the cabin pressures. If that is again normal then probably a look into cardiac causes
