Chest pain, dull throbbing pain all over the body, under severe stress. History of unprotected sex. Chances of HIV?

I have been having chest pain and dull throbbing stinging pain all over my body like my arms and sides. I think it might be in my muscles, but it feels like it may be bone pain as well. I have had unprotected sex before two years ago, is it HIV/AIDS? I m hoping it might just be stress as i havent been getting much sleep and i am 221 in weight if that helps.
