Chest Pain, Dizziness After Standing Up Quickly. Is This Due To Stress Or Heart Problem?

Hello! I am 15 years old and I experience chest pain and sometimes diziness after I stand up quickly.I have a healthy body and i drink only water.I also excersise every day.And 5,6 times when i was asleep my arm went numb but it doesent happen anymore.And sometimes when I am just about to fall asleep I feel my chest jumping and I wake up scared.Is this due to stress or a heart issue?

I don't think this is any heart issue or stress. Get your hemoglobin checked as such a problem can be seen with anemia or hypotension I.e low blood pressure. Also see whether you are getting low blood pressure off and on.
Eat well and don't diet.
And finally if all this is normal then get your heart evaluated with an ECG
