Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

ECG and ECHO can be / and often are normal in cases of chest pain.
As a matter of fact, normal ECG in a case of chest pain is a typical indication to do stress test - TMT > exercise ECG on treadmill.
More tests like thallium stress or angio may be needed depending on he clinical situation

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
