I was born in September 1976. When I was about 10, I could feel abnormal body warmth. By the age of 13-15 ie 1989-1991, the warmth was more in feet . I needed a piece of wet cloth over to get a sleep. At the age of 16-19 ie 1992 - 1995 worsened. I learnt the warmth was more on the right side. I needed much water to get a sleep because I could sense it more during the sleeping time. Later I learnt it was more near the Menstral periods since if not being careful, you get dehydrated. Between age 20-15 (that is years 1996 - 2001) techniques of drinking water, wet cloths, being careful before the menstarl periods (drinking much water) had to be usually applied. ALL THIS INCLUDED GOING TO HOSPITALS AND MAKING TESTS. DOCTORS SAID THEY COULD NOT DIOGNISE ANYTHING. SOME SAID IMBALANCE (right side/left side) IS COMMON TO EVERYBODY. In 2001 I started feeling a one second (1sec) pin and sharp pinch in the right side top of the head. In three months the right side of back (behind the shoulders down to pelvic ) started paining/heaching. I learnt after six (6) months I could not bend uniformly (comparing the right side and left side of the body) My sight also wasn t clear. To continue with studies I had to get glasses as advised. The worsen thing was the back-heach. Sleeping on the back you feel like a BURN , more on the right side. Mmmh, After a year there was a problem of lying down on the right side. The right eye also including other parts of right side couldn’t sense properly. A clear difference of the right side and left side -observed. Later after about 6 years the pain was learnt to shift and later to 7th year spreading. Shifting was to upper right side of the back -before the right shoulder (when I sit) and when I sleep the pain was in the right side (above the level of umbilical but the right side of abdomen ) In 2007 I could note a pin pain (just 1 second). In 2009 (33 yrs) I started driving, Ooh, I needed a driver to prove what happened. The spinal cord along the chest pained. After about 8 months, costs of keeping a driver were high and requested him to stop. Now, pains go down to lower back, up, to the breast and right shoulder. By far sensed the left breast pain. Sleeping on the back and right side not common. However, drinking much water helps little – on short periods. Worse if missed meal or dehydrated. What to do!
