Like a kicking feeling..Its very uncomfortable but being I havr been to doctor so.many times I just wonder if this is something to worry about?
Anxiety disorders can manifest with not only psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness, hot and cold sensations, palpitation, chest heaviness, choking sensation etc. are common physical symptoms of anxiety.
In history you mentioned that, you had already evaluated by cardiologist and tests are fine, then we should suspect anxiety or stress for cause of current. Excessive health worry is also a symptom of anxiety.
There are better medicines available for long term control of anxiety like SSRIs. It is better to get concurrent evaluation by psychiatrist/cardiologist and start treatment accordingly.
Wish you all the best.
