Chest pain above breast, squeezing in middle, shoulder blade pain, vomiting sensation on passing motions. Treatment required?

I get chest pain while going to the bathroom. It hurts on my right side right above my breast and then in the middle of my breast it feels like there is squeezing and pressure being added to it and also my right shoulder blade hurts also. I also feel like throwing up While going to the bathroom. Should I go to a doctor? I m 16

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Being a teenager you should not think deep into the health problems. You have got an irritant upper gut, influenced by the natural movements lower gut and urinary tract and showing the symptoms.
