Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Pain in left side of the chest if the cardiac causes have been ruled out, can be due to musculoskeletal causes or related to reflux esophagitis. Lung causes like pleurisy also need to be evaluated after a detailed physical examination.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
