Chest and shoulder pain, low blood pressure. Have heart murmur, anxiety disorder. Serious problem?

Achiness within shoulders and chest ,low blood pressure ,I do have a heart murmer ,constant feel of my heart is off rythmn.i di have severe anxiety disorder ,seems if I don t focus on the negative feelings,it comes back on it because im constantly worrying on my chest,and aches? Or something serious? YYYY@YYYY

Even if you have murmur , and you are of age less than 30 years than your anxiety is actually increasing your symptoms

Mitral valve problems are very common , get a echo of heart to see how much is the murmur, if thats not to big then , anxiety reliever medicine will help in resolving your symptoms.Anxiety causes palpitations and disordered rhythm or the murmur can cause all this too

Plan of action is acho first if that not to bad , beta bllocker will decrease your anxiety , palpitation and wwill normalize the rhythm
