Chest X-ray For Bronchitis Showed Mild Cardiomegaly. What Should Be My Next Step?

I am a 29 yr old female. I weigh about 200lbs and am 5 5 . I was in the ER yesterday for Bronchitis and had a chest x-ray . It showed that I have mild cardiomegaly . This was not told to me but was reported on my x-ray report. I am wondering what I should do next. Do I f/u with my family doctor for this or make a referral to a Cardiologist?
