Chest X-Ray Done. Is The Report Normal. Any Symptoms Of Active Or Old TB?

hi sir/madam
my chest xray report is as follow
Left lower zone shows a rounded opacity- old calcified lesion
prominent hilas
both the hilar regions shows rounded opacity- end on
cp angles are clear
cardio-thoratic ratio within normal limit (14.8,13.53 cm)
I got a job in uae kind advise me wheter my x ray is normal as any symptoms of active or old tb will cause immediate rejection

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
In the left lower lobe ( zone) there is opacity and this clearly indicates that you were a tubercular patient and took treatment ( old opacity).
While hilar region of both side showing active lesion ( may be tuberculosis).
Cardiac shadow is normal.
I am sorry to say that you were a treated case of tuberculosis as well as having active lesion.
