General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ma'am.

Although most of your symptoms do match that of a urinary tract infection (UTI), these symptoms are quite common and generally associated with most sexually transmitted infections as well.

Which is why I cannot comment on whether this is a UTI or a sexually transmitted infection. The best thing to do now would be to visit your doctor for a urine analysis and a vaginal swab test. These investigations will provide us with all the information we need from diagnosis to treatment.

In the meantime, continue consuming plenty of water and abstain from all forms of sexual contact.

Best wishes.
