Change In Nature Of Period, Severe Body Pain, Increase In Weight. Scan Done. Suggestions?
Hello doctor,
I am 24 and got married 6 months back till when I was having a regular period..After marriage i started increasing weight and also periods started getting extended for about a week or more ..Then was suffering from heavy body pain and tiredness due to which i consulted a gynaecologist..She suggested a USG-Transvaginal scan ( on 4th day of my periods) and result says :
Urinary Bladder is normal. Uterus-8x4.3x3.5 cm, normal in size and echotexture,Endometrial thickness 3-4mm Right ovary- 3.3x2.8x1.8 cm Volume-8.9 cc Left ovary-3.5x3.3x1.9 cm Volume-11.7 cm
Bilateral bulky ovaries with multiple follicle arranged predominantly peripherallymeasuring 3-6mm. No dominant follicle Suggestive of polycyctic morphology of ovaries.
No adenexal /pelvic mass. POD- Minimal free fluid visualized.
The doctor concluded having PCOD and ovaries filled with fluid or so.She asked me to stop taking non-veg and do exercise regularly I couldnot completely follow what was suggested regarding diet due to conditions am into :(
Medicines :
1. Metformin 500mg 1----0---1 a month 2. Krimson 35 0----0---1 a month
Instead of Krimson from medical shop they gave me tablet Ginette-35.
Its been almost 13 days since am taking these medicines and my body pain still persist. and get frequent nausea..also vomited once yesterday
Since beginning I dont have any other conditions of PCOD like excess hair growth or so..So can it be any other disease as I am still having body pain.
