Chances Of Pregnancy When Not Ejaculated Inside?

I had unprotected sex 1 week ago today and was in my fertile stage, my boyfriend did not ejaculate inside of me but about 20 mins before that we had sex with a condom and he came. Could there had been left over sperm on his penis from the condom? I feel extremely tired today and a light crampy, heavy feeling in my lower abdomen. I know it is too early to test but I am freaking out.

Hi,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Since you had the unprotected intercourse during your fertile period, your chances of conception are high. The earliest way to test for confirmation/exclusion of pregnancy is through the estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres at least ten days after the ovulation day. Home pregnancy tests only read well 3-7 days after a missed period. Your symptoms are not specific for an early pregnancy; they can be premenstrual as well. Further management can be planned after investigation. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
