Based on your question, I surmise that it was HSG - hysterosalpingogram, wherein serial X rays are taken after injection of contrast dye material. Based on that, the uterus appears normal. THe right tube was not seen at all. The left tube was seen but no spill of dye was seen. On either side, no dye was seen coming out. This mostly indicates that both fallopian tubes are blocked. However, HSG is not the gold standard for evaluation of fallopian tube patency It is better to have a hysterolaparoscopy which is considered the gold standard for evaluation of tubal patency. ALso, laparoscopy will provide correction at the same sitting if possible. If the tubes are blocked, chances of pregnancy are miniscule, and it is best to resort to IVF ( in vitro fertilization ).
