Cervical Biopsy Showed Precancerous Cells, Have Pain And Pressure In Uterus Since With Vomiting. Cause?

I had a cervical biopsy done 2 months ago. The doctor said they could not find any cervical cancer , however I have precancerous cells. However, since the time of my procedure I have had issues with pressure and pain down in the area of my uterus . I am not sure what is causing this. This pain increased after this procedure and has not stopped. Sometimes it gets so bad that I vomit .
