Cavity In Tongue. Using Astelin Nasal Spray. Will It Be Treated?

Yes, please! I've had a cavity in my tongue, just below my nasal holes into my mouth - since november 2012. I was still using astelin nasal spray at the time, had like a paper cut on my tongue, and soon after the cavity appeared. It's still trying to heal. Could the astelin have created/provoked this? Sine I lost my health insurance, I couldn't afford to keep taking it.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Look ! Cavity and tongue seems weird, without clinical observation difficult to say any thing, in my opinion better to see a ENT, but still I could say that Astelin is nothing to do with this, Have Good Day.
