Thanks for your query.
The answers of your questions are given below as per your sequence -
1. Linear opacity in the right middle may be due to atelectasis or collapse, cardiogenic edema, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, occupational lung diseases.
2. Right basilar atelectasis means collapse of right lower lobe basal segments.
3. Groung glass tumor focus in the lingual means if at all it is tumor then malignant potential of that tumor will be higher than total solid lesion.
4. Inflammatory focus in the left lingual may be because of underlying infection and inflammation probably of non-malignant variety.
