Cause Of Tingling In The Right Leg At Night And Hearing The Heart Beat In The Right Ear?

At night when I go to bed Im often awaken by a strange tingling in my right leg. It seems to feel a little better if I move my leg around or wiggle my toes, but it usually comes and goes throughout the night. Also I have a pounding almost like I can hear my heart beating in my right ear. Can these two symptoms be related? And what could be the cause.

You have not given your age. Get your blood sugar tested. Give up smoking and alcohol,if habituated. Take inj nerobion on altternate days for ten days. It appears you are having anxiety neurosis. Do regular exaercise. Put your stress level low.
