Cause Of Testicle Pain, Pain Below Ribs, Weakness?

In the past year, I have had about 4 instances of right testicle pain, which then radiates to my right lower 2/3rds of my back. Last week was the worst when it lasted 2 1/2 days. I thought I was constipated and took a laxative which was not the issue. I felt clammy, very weak, unable to keep food down, and had experienced a sharp pain in the lower right rib area. My doctor has no answers for me. What do you think could be causing this? I have had a colonoscopy with negative findings.
Thank you

Hi.
Such type of radiating pain can be due to urinary tract infection / stones .
An ultrasound should get the diagnosis.
Take plenty of fluids, Scrotal support.
vomiting can be due to reflex mechanism of the body. All the stones or functional problem can not be diagnosed on ultrasonography, you may then go for IVP- intravenous pyelography / CT abdomen.
I find this answer helpful
