Cause Of Low Platelet Count (77), Enlarged Spleen And Liver And Vomiting? Can Arthritis Cause This?
does arthritis or arthritis medicine usually cause low platelet count (77), enlarged spleen and liver and vomiting? We're waiting for further testing (ct scan and bone marrow test in two weeks) Can you tell me what this seems to indicate and how serious it is?

No the arthritis and the medicine you are taking for arthritis is not the cause of lowering the platelet count, it could be ,Idiopathic cytopanic pupura, and may be other blood related disorders that need be differentiate with one another and for that clinical examination and other blood work is necessary, take care have nice day.
