Pediatrician 's  Response
Dear Tapa
you have asked multiple queries. Regarding your child having recurrent cough and cold: It is a common problem. Every infant is expected to have 4-6 attacks of Respiratory infections during first 2 years. Some of the may have allergic problems which abate by 7-8 years as the immune response of the child develops.
Usually the first teeth erupt around 6 months of age. There is a lot of variation in the timing of tooth eruption. Some children are born with teeth, others may be 12 months old before the first tooth erupts. In the majority of cases the first teeth to erupt are the lower front teeth (incisors).
Around age 2-3 years all 20 primary teeth are erupted. So no need to worry if he has not have started cutting teeth yet.
At ten months you may give Banana, mashed apples, cheeku,Mango, etc. You can make a paste of vegetables and mix them in rice after cooking them.

Good luck to you and your child.
