Cause Of Chest Pain, Arm Pain, Nausea, Light Headedness?

i am a very fit 49 year old who experienced chest pain, left arm pain, nausea, and light headness a few days ago and my ECG said low voltage sinus rythum septal infarct age undetermined. Troponin was normal. chest xray was normal. No more pain. Sent home. What do you think it is?
