Cause For The Skin Like Growth In The Anus Which Is Bleeding And Painful?

Hello. I am really struggling to empty my bowels ? After worrying I tried to feel if anything was abnormal ? I found a very small piece of skin , like a skin tag that sticks out on the outside of my bum hole which bleeds heavily once I have followed through. However difficult and painful it is.. I just don't no what it is ?! I'm really embarrassed and scared :(
