Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

I would keep a possibility of a sebaceous cyst. Clinically it presents as a soft to firm swelling which can vary in size and is mostly asymptomatic, unless it has got infected. Treatment is surgical removal of the cyst together with the cyst wall, lest it might recur again.

I would suggest that you see either a dermatologist or a surgeon, regarding the cyst removal

regards
