Cause For Pimple Inside The Ears?

I picked what felt like a little pimple inside my ear, pressure relieved. Then later in the day (~12 hours) I went to rub my ear and a huge crust nugget came out. Now the site is sore, to the point that even pushing on the outside of my ear hurts. What causes this? What was the nugget thing that came out?

Hi thanks for using healthcare magic.
It is just a hair follicle infection in your ear.
nugget like thing can be dried secretions from the boil in your ear.
Use azithromycin 500mg once a day for 3 days and put a cotton wick soaked in antiseptic cream like soframycin in your ear tightly and change it twice daily.
Hope you are helped and feel free to ask any questions
