Cause For Pain In Back And Around Gall Bladder?

I have been experiencing pain around gallbladder. Also pain in lower right back. I feel full and can not eat. And the past 4 days my stomach has really swollen up mainly on right side or bloated. I have had all the gall bladder test done and nothing seen. On the 17th I will have a scope to look at the inside. I am always tired and it is getting worse each day. What could this be?
