I read your question completely and have understood it well... Will analyze your history, point by point... 1. You say you pass flatus (fart) at the end of urination. Well, if you pass flatus through rectum then it is absolutely normal. No need to worry about that.. There s a problem called, pneumaturia where one feels passing of flatus from Urethra through urine. This occurs in fistula. So if you are sure that, the flatus is through normal orifice then it s fine.. 2. Slow urine is definitely a concern.. And you have to get evaluated for the same.. Please get your urine flow rate done. This will give clear picture of the problem. After this, we can plan how to go about. 3. Most common causes for such slow rate are.. A. Stricture Urethra B.
