1. First thing we have to identify the cause for the ED.
2. There are three main reasons. first is mood / psychiatric disorder, second is vascular cause ( blood supply) and underlying medical conditions.
3. A counselling and ant penile doppler would help in diagnosing the problem.
4.If there is any underlying medical condition - first treat the cause.
5.After that take treatment accordingly.
