is not a good thing. Like the hare and the tortoise, slow and steady wins the race. Keep doing all the things that you are doing right now, in terms of fitness and eating healthy food.Workout 6 days a week. and those who are not able to reduce their weight with lifestyle changes like exercise and diet.
Calculate your BMI. What is your height? Try to do a different exercise on alternate days like aerobics
or swimming. If you do the same routine of treadmill,cross trainer and weights everyday,you are likely to get bored one day. So introduce different exercise regimens/ sport. Make exercising fun, then it is not an extra effort on your part. Enjoy what you are doing.
