Dear friend, welcome and thanks for entrusting your query here at HCM!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.
The reports suggest an enlarged heart, probably a failing one producing lung congestion and fluid collection around the lungs (pleural effusion).
We need greater details to diagnose the condition from here.
But better you can see your physician and evaluate for any heart failure or lung pathology. A 2D echo, labs, may be asked for.
If evaluation confirms cardiac failure, effective treatment can be started accordingly and improvement can be expected.
You could post the details, symptoms etc here if you need more help and I would be glad to assist.

I hope you are fully satisfied with the guidance I gave.
I would be glad to answer any further queries. May I request you to rate your experience here before you close.
Thank you and Good luck!
