Cannot Breathe Normally. What Is Wrong With Me ?

Hello, my name is AAAAA., i woke up this morning . cant breehte fully. just half way, could it be gout, ? i never smoked , ar did drugs, i try to exersize dialy and only 5ft 5, and weagh only 145 lbs. and not on any meds at all, i am 60 yrs old. and nobody smokes in my home, so any of the above i mentioned, cant be any of my factors, from mso whats wrong with me Doctoery problem. and do drink mild protien drinks sometimes after i work out. so whats wrong with me Doctor?

hi..
you are complaining of dyspnea, and breathlessness, especially in the morning and after doing exercises..
it is allergic bronchitis or exercise induced asthma..
you need to be given bronchodilators and mast cell stabilizers,
bronchodilators can be given as nebulization/tablets.. later on switch over to inhalalors which self operated..see your pulmonologist..
along with that aviod exposure to cold air, do yoga and pranayam..
