welcome to HCM!
Candidiasis includes infections that range from superficial, such as oral thrush and vaginitis, to systemic and potentially life-threatening diseases.
A weakened immune system or metabolic illnesses such as diabetes are significant predisposing factors of candidiasis along with stress and nutrientional deficiency.
My advice is to get yourself tested for diabetes and if you are anemic then get the treatment started for it.Have well balanced diet, plenty of fluids to help your immune system grow strong
hope this will help you!
take care!
