Hi, thanks for posting your query

Acne occurs due to hormonal changes during adolescence , and continues till thirties or even later.
There is no permanent cure but it can be controlled with medication .
You may use a salisylic acid 2% face wash like spongysal or saliac-ac twice or thrice a day.

Besan is a good cleansing agent and can be used even for sensitive skin , it can be used once a day . But salicylic acid face wash will help in controlling acne so it is more beneficial.
hope this solves your query

Dermatologist Dr. Kalpana Pathak's  Response
Hi Anjali,
Thanks for writing to us.
To treat acne you may follow these
Use a salicylic acid based face wash like saslic twice in a day
Apply clindamycin gel twice in a day and adapalene gel in night
Use water based non comedogenic moisturiser
Do not take face massages as facials induce acne
Do not exfoliate your face much
Depending on acne type and severity you might require oral anti acne drugs too( azithromycin, isotretinoin)
For a personalised treatment plan you may use ask a specialist feature of this web site.
Hope that helps
