Can You Pull A Chest Muscle Or Am I Having A Heart Attack?

Can you pull a chest muscle or am I having a heart attack?!? Last night I noticed that my upper left chest was hurting and it kept me up all last night. I finally fell asleep, but I can t get it to go away. Is it possible to pull a chest muscle? I don t remember doing anything that would have caused me to pull it, but I am kinda worried and not sure what to do. Any thoughts? suggestions??

No you are not having a heart attack. You wouldn't feel pain in the upper chest area. You probably pulled a muscle, there are plenty of muscles in your chest area. I pull them all the time, even when i lift something fairly light . Don't worry
