Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, your semen analysis report indicates normal sperm count ( normal is > 15 millions/ml as per WHO 2010).

Sperm motility is also within normal limit ( normal is >40% as per WHO 2010).

Morphology of the sperm is also within normal limit ( normal is > 04% as per WHO 2010).

So, overall, the semen analysis report is within normal limit. No definite pathological condition is found.

Consult with your treating doctor for clinical correlation.

Regards.
