Can Without Anti TB The Surgical Excision Will Cure?

Hi, my 7months old daughter treated with BCG adnities in her left underarm and near left neck by surgerical excision in last week of feb2014, and stiches were also there in her left underarms and near left neck. but after one and 1/2 month it is like some strong node present there where that surgery was done. i am afraid that again that BCG adenities occure?she was not given ant anti TB medician.Was it completely cured ? please help me on this , i am very worried.

BCG adenitis requires Atitubercular treatment.
Surgical excission usually not necessary.
Even if the excission was done ATT is mandatory.
Consult your pediatrician and follow his advice.
