Can watery semen cause impotence and how can it be cured ?

dear docter ham masturbatting for past 10 years. i have lot of depresson. i smoke i drink. i saw my semen is watery and is not thick. is this significance of impotence . male 26 yrs .dear docter ham masturbatting for past 10 years. i have lot of depresson. i smoke i drink. i saw my semen is watery and is not thick. is this significance of impotence. most of my hair became grey. my pennis is reduced in size and i have pain in testis. sometimes i get water like liquid coming out from pennis wen i try to masterbat 2nd time within 15 mins. is this curable. without meeting a docter whether this can be cured ?
